**Project Description**

This project aims to assess the urban vibrancy resilience during the pandemic (pre-, peri- and post-) using social media data, specifically twitter data. Through identifying vibrant urban areas in different USA mega cities (e.g., NYC, Washington, Chicago), how they respond to disruptions can be quantified, compared, and evaluated. The research findings would provide valuable insights for urban planning and risk management.
