New Releases and Updates for COVID-19 Resources
"Resources for Novel Coronavirus and Global Research" is a new initiative on global research on COVID-19 sponsored by the China Data Lab project.
Below are new releases and updates of data collection for COVID-19 study on Resources for COVID-19 at Harvard Dataverse data archive.
New Releases through 2020-12-24
- Foursquare Mobility Reports with Basemap:The dataset is scraped from https://visitdata.org/ and the original data source is from Foursquare Community Mobility Data. After harvesting data, it is integrated with US state and county basemap. Currently, only state-level mobility data are processed and published and ranges from Feburary 1, 2020 to Dec. 24, 2020.
- Google Community Mobility Reports with Basemap:The original data is from Google Comunity Mobility Reports. The reports are integrated with US state and county basemap and the dataset is updated from February 15, 2020 to Dec. 24, 2020.
- US Metropolitan Daily Cases with Basemap: This dataset includes US Metropolitan level daily confirmed and death cases from Jaunary 22, 2020 to Dec. 24, 2020
- Air Quality Data: The dataset includes time-series' air quality and meteorological data in China cities. It includes AQI, CO, NO2, O3, PM10, PM2.5, and SO2 and it is started from January 1, 2020 to Dec. 24, 2020. and each record has daily max, min, and Standard Deviation value.
- Meterological Data: The dataset includes time-series' meteorological data in China cities. It covers wind speed, visibility, temperature, station pressure, snow depth, sea level pressure, precipitation amount, sustained wind speed, wind gust, and dew point and it is started from December 1, 2019 to Dec. 24, 2020.

- US COVID-19 Daily Cases with Basemap: updated to Dec. 24, 2020. US COVID-19 confirmed, death, and recovered daily cases in county and state level, starting from January 22, 2020
- Baidu Mobility Data: updated to May 3, 2020. City-level mobility data in China, starting from Janunary 1, 2020
- World COVID-19 Cases with Basemap: updated to Dec. 24, 2020. COVID-19 confirmed, death, and recovered cases in world countries, starting from January 19, 2020.
- China COVID-19 Daily Cases with Basemap: updated to October 20, 2020.. US COVID-19 confirmed, death, and recovered daily cases in city and province level, stating from January 14, 2020.
- Policies and Regulations Timeline: important news and events released by WHO, China and other countries. The China news timeline starts from December 8, 2019 to 08-30-2020. The global news timeline starts from March 3 to Dec. 24,2020.
- COVID-19 Scholarly Articles: updated to April 21, 2020. COVID-19 related research papers from Web of Sciences, starting from January 1, 2020
- South Africa COVID-19 Case Data with Basemap (STC)：This dataset includes South Africa admin1 level daily confirmed, recovered, death cases, and summary reports from 03-05-2020 to 08-16-2020.
- Italy COVID-19 Case Data with Basemap (STC)：This dataset includes Italy admin1 level daily confirmed, recovered, death cases, and summary reports from 02-24-2020 to 08-16-2020.
- Russia COVID-19 Case Data with Basemap (STC)：This dataset includes Russia admin1 level daily confirmed, recovered, death cases, and summary reports from 03-22-2020 to 08-16-2020.
- Austria COVID-19 Case Data with Basemap (STC)：This dataset includes Austria admin1 level daily confirmed, recovered, death cases, and summary reports from 03-04-2020 to 08-16-2020.
- Brazil COVID-19 Case Data with Basemap (STC)：This dataset includes Brazil admin1 level daily confirmed, recovered, death cases, and summary reports from 02-26-2020 to 08-16-2020.

India COVID-19 Case Data with Basemap (STC): Case data from 03-10-2020 to 08-16-2020, this data repository stores COVID-19 virus case data for India, including the daily case, summary data, and base map. Each zip file contains weekly case data from Monday to Sunday.
